a vampire's feelings for it's never ending life |
Vampires..... By Bakhtawar Wasi.. In your cold, cold glow, I feel like I flow, Hate just to drink in summer The whole winter I’m dying in hunger. We are not humans but are creatures, Sleeping in our coffins the whole winter Waiting for our food to come in summer. On the dogs we have to feed, To kill our hunger and our greed We enjoy the furious beating of their hearts But for the poor creatures that is just a start. They have to endure much pain and suffering Which makes us lusty and appeal to more blood drinking! For our strength there is no match, For our blood lust there is no stand! You may take us to be plain monsters But you never try to understand, we have a life of disaster The moonlight is our friend, The moon is our companion. When I first became the monster I am, The moonlight held me like a friend. In a hold of comfort that would never cease Making my not beating heart at ease. It fell on me, it shined down on me It made me want to die for the pain I caused you I pleaded for my pain to stop me For the moonlight to stop me, To keep me, stop me To hold me like a friend To not let me kill again. I sat each night at your window to be near you, Staring at the moon, taking it to be you, Crying out my love, Trying to get through, through to you. I sat there crying, crying out my love, Now quite content that I have got to find my way back, back to you To escape this world of fearful silence and non-decaying corpse But now I know there is no escape from this unaffectionate Eternity, of course!. |
