Kingdom of Salvation
I Pass From The Life I Knew, Through Gates of Pearl
Unto The Kingdom of Salvation
But What Is This? The Pain And Loss Remains
And Every Smiling Face Would Test My Patience


And Old Man Asked "Why Do You Frown?
For You Have Found Paradise In All It's Glory"
And Soon The Tears Streamed Down His Face
As I Related To Him My Story

"Say A Prayer" He Said "That God Might Give You Peace"
But I Knew In My Heart, As I Fell To My Knees
That Something Within Would Never Let Me Believe

With Each Passing Moment, The Pain Would Grow
And I Grew Angry With Those Who Smiled Around Me
For They Had Found Something I Would Never Know
And I Knew In My Heart, Hell Was Meant To Surround Me

So With Pain In My Heart, I Laid Waste Their Souls
And Gave Them Back The Pain They Had Escaped From In Life
And Like Lucifer Before Me, I Brought War Upon Heaven
But God Would Not Condemn Me, Or End All My Strife

I Corrupted The Angels, I Reigned Fire On God's Throne
And I Brought Destruction Such As Has Never Been Seen
The Pathway To Salvation Became Littered With Blood and Bone
And With A Dark Smile, I Looked On At The Scene

At Long Last, The Pain In My Heart Began To Subside
As I Remembered The Time In Life, When She Had Planted The Seeds
And Now Taking From Everyone, What She Had Taken From Me
I Was Able To Lay Down And Finally Know Peace
