My steel company produces tiny laser-cut bicycles that I give to clients with this poem.
The bicycle you see represents Progress
The wheels go round and round
It is fueled by determined effort and faith
Without which it would fall to the ground.

Progress doesn't go backwards
Potholes are personal on this machine
The slower you go the more likely you'll crash
As will the dogs sometimes nip at your jeans.

So keep this tiny bike in your pocket
As a reminder of the Progress to come
The hills might be steep and the weather unsure
But never will you have so much fun!
