Have you ever noticed the passage of time?
Seconds count past without number
Do they slow as time grows heavy?
Do they drag as burden of expectancy weighs?
Or do they fly on wings of urgency
With each moment rushing towards doom?

Faster, faster, quickly moving
towards that dark moment.
Slowly, slowly, hardly moving
laden with expectancy.
