wash away

We are the ones to wash away,

Silly little voices never stay.

In riddles they speak the truth,

Of the back wards tick-tock of our youth.

Set just a little to the left,

Our sanity's an easy theft,

tricky little burns and scratches,

Caused by shining black stars she catches.

We've all caught them,

Heart beating, just bleeding.

I've taught it,

They fought it.

Then we are the ones to wash away.

Thought will not fade, just memories.

We fall into voices,

Two paths and two choices.

They won't go away,

Or fade into night and day.

Two decisions I've made,

And I'm the one to wash away.

Inside screaming,

Rivers flooding.

The thought will not fade,

We are not OK.
