Being Right

As always, my Dad said:

"I told you - Do it this way!"

Hearing his usual commanding manner, I began to ignite.

Then I stopped. I responded.

"You know, Dad, I don't have a problem with what you say, it's just the way
you always say things."

I've come to realize that's just my Dad.

The other lesson for me is that anyone who has to always be right

Makes a relationship a real bitch.
