“I’m in Heaven”

I seen it coming when we hit that pole,
I knew I loved him, but I felt so cold.
I was out that night way to late,
When we went around the curve,
I knew it was too late.
Next thing I knew I couldn’t breathe,
They were telling everyone to back away and leave.
As I closed my eyes for the last time,
I seen my brother’s face.
He said I’m sorry sis it’s not like it was race.
But as I closed my eyes I seen a flash of light.
I couldn’t believe it, what a quick flight.
I was up in heaven now amazed at what I see,
Thousands of angels watching over me.
Then I seen my family and friends,
The lord and savior…
Wasn’t it good to be back home again.
Then I heard god whisper your back home with me,
I was safe again and I felt so free.
I heard god say im sorry my child I needed you up here…
I’m sorry my child there’s nothing to fear.
My child, your friends and family prayed and said
They loved and missed you,
I told them you felt the same way too.
Also you were up in heaven with me now,
And you were doing great,
And you would see them again in heaven someday…
Cause in heaven it’s never too late.
Please tell Spenser to stay calm.
I’m in heaven now, I’m back home.
Tell him im sorry I missed the dance,
But in heaven he’ll get his second chance.
Tell everyone I love and miss them too,
And that lord your watching over them too.
