A tribute to the place I work

It seems yesterday when we processed our First claim, our hands were shivering with fear.
And today it's confidence that makes us process 200-350 number is endless.

It seems yesterday when each one of us made our first SOP's, we kept changing them
And today we have ready-made SOP's with weekly updates in it.

It seems yesterday when we use to win movie tickets for processing 200 claims,
And today 300 also seems to be so small in number and easy in target.

It seems yesterday when we started YSA with 16 associates,
And today number is growing, well the more, the merrier.

It seems yesterday when we use we to work..n work..
And today we finish early and even have FUN Friday's.

It seems yesterday when we had peak inventory and it seemed difficult to clear it
And today we say we can and we will......

It seems yesterday when I joined here and was afraid who all I'll meet,
And today I know everyone and guess everyone knows me on the floor.
