You Destroyed Me

I opened my heart, my soul and my legs and in return you gave me pain, 
all the pain that a broken heart could take. 
You took this once pure soul and damaged it.
Self confidence that once consumed me,
you took and devoured it whole.
I cringe at the thought of your hands upon my skin.
Your eyes burn me like a torch and your words hurt even more.
I could never love the same way again.
I could not see myself being that same loving person.
I can no longer trust because of you.
