Clear water lapping  upon sands of gold
blue sky, no breeze.

Feeling the sun, its caressing hold
its glistening effect on the seas.

Fish and weed that color the scent
rocks chiseled by tide and time.

Artists palette of colors spent
birds that swoop and climb.

Absorbing the beauty, soul inspired
a moment written in rhyme.

All that a heart ever desired
intoxicatiing memories, all mine.
