Child left by one parent, that parent's loss.
It’s Your Loss

You felt your daughter kick and move.
A brand new life, the heartbeat did prove.
You mumbled “I love you” and held us dear,
And then you left……
And your excuse was “fear”?

There is no fear in love.
If there were, we would push, we would shove….
To get away.

You just dropped the ball,
That’s what you did.
You ran like a coward,
You ran and hid.

Now you call what you’re doing “living”?
Well, you can’t really live without giving.

You’ve created your hole,
Can you fill the void?
The daughter you left,
You would have really enjoyed.

With all your mindless activity, you wouldn’t believe,
The beautiful child we were blessed to conceive.
Now that lovely child is out of your reach.
And we hope you are burning on some far away beach.
