I see the world through a glass,
I don't fit in with the class,
Nothing is the same to me,
I see things differently.
This is based on the way I was raised,
Out on the streets, eyes red and glazed,
I've seen the darker parts of life,
Places full of anger, hurt, and strife.
Normal life just can't compare,
After you've seen lives end out there,
It makes you open your eyes and see,
How fragile life is in reality.
It makes me sick to watch these fools,
Drifting through their lives as tools,
This is not how life was meant to be,
Thats why I work for a different destiny.
You live in a house built of cards and lies,
Set to fall with all inside,
I stand apart watching through the glass,
As destiny aproaches fast,
I wait for that fatal gust to blow,
One day all the world will know,
The streets where I have always been,
Are the furthest places from that wolves den.
