SomethingAwful Prompt: Man spends life trying to punch monkey's balls. |
Ever since I remember, I've been burning like embers stoked in a warm orange fire. One thought has pursued me And still does elude me And always provoked my ire Today was no different No sight of deliverance From my imprisoning need. And I went to the zoo, as often I do, when opportunity knocked with due speed. Despairing and moping with no room for hoping I watched as the animals stared My dream was near shattered, my esteem had been splattered, and from his cage my tormentor glared. My mind at a loss my stomach did toss, as I thought of our old rivalry When I was a child and the Monkey was riled, his cage I did wander to see. At first all was swell as he sat by his well and I looked on in utter intrigue when out of the blue he guffawed and spewed his vomit and shit onto me. He pointed and laughed then he turned and he splashed his urine flew to my face And when I went home feeling lower than low I was kicked out, for I was a disgrace. From that day on I swore on my mom that the monkey would pay for my fall And ever since then I've plotted my revenge, to punch him square in the balls. But back to the present, I saw something pleasant, the monkey taken out of his cage. His head was turned round and without making a sound I at once unleashed my brutal rage I ran over the children and hurdled the keepers as high as giraffes are tall, My vengeance completed My nemesis defeated As I punched the Monkey in his Balls. |
