It is dedicated to a crush i have had and still have actually. <3
Falling
Nothing wrong, nothing yet,
Sitting there unknowing of what next,
Basking in what’s left of the suns gaze.

Looking around for someone I knew,
We had not met yet.
Playing games having fun,
Now calm, we settle as the moon rises.

Rushing towards the bridge,
Blindsided by the tricky darkness,
Hearing the pitter patter as we walk across the wooden boards,
Following the blurs of light.

Tiki torches soon light the way,
Coldness sets in as we walk towards warmth.
Stopping by a group of friends,
Laughing, giggling, and anything of the sort.

A torch lights up the view,
Looking into your eyes for the first time,
My entire body went limp.
I lost the feeling of all my nerves.
Shyly I say hi
You say hello unsure as well.

I’ll never forget the angelic face,
The brown eyes which made me mesmerized,
The voice that made my own stutter,
The wholesome mind that made mine shutter.

I can never forget the countless times,
The countless times of hurt and pain,
The countless times of surprise, and non trust,
But also the countless times of LOVE and CARE.

All the texts that went unanswered,
The calls that were never returned
A felling never granted,
And the sleepless nights never repaid.

The dreams still catch my memory,
The numerous fake conversations
The pictures though up or creatively created,
The dates that never happened,
And the texts and calls almost made.

The numerous Hugs,
The hundreds of laughs
And all the never ending smiles,
Are all surrounding reminders of you.

Your name always comes up
Your voice I’ll always hear
Your appearance Ill never forget
Your accomplishments never beat,
And hope will never run out.

Day after Day I wait
Ever since that cold October night
Since that first sight
I’ve been falling

Left over Right
Head before matter
Head over Heals
Falling

I’ve been falling
I have fallen but I’ve never stopped
Never took a break
Not even for a second
Yet I haven’t hit the ground

Not yet, hopefully not ever.
Falling, through clouds
Sliding through days,
Slipping through dreams
Falling

Nothing but the 7 letter word,
That keeps me close, yet far from you
The one that keeps me hoping
That keeps me dreaming
Falling

Fallen
