A sudden onslaught of emotions. He has no idea and nobody understands why.
A sudden onslaught of emotions. A
tight pain in the chest. Eyes burning. Arm throbbing. Body falling. Soul
bleeding. Heart dying. Every day. Facing him gets harder and harder. Being near
him becomes impossible. Looking at him brings it all back again. And when she
thinks she’s fine again she’s proven wrong when he comes into view. And her
heart breaks down as she does. But she doesn’t want him to know how bad he
hurts her so she smiles and laughs and talks to him like it’s nothing. So he
never knows that at that same time on the inside she’s screaming. She’s crying.
She’s dying. He has no idea what he does. They already act so much like they
belong together. Laughing. Talking. Hanging around. Passing notes. Teasing.
Playfully poking each other constantly. But he doesn’t see it like everyone
else does. He sees it as good friends. The whole world sees it as love. She
sees it as a life. She doesn’t know if she loves him. All she knows is that she
wants to be in his arms more than she wants to breathe. But she never will get
that chance. Because he’s made up his mind. He’s unwilling to try. He thinks
what he sees is what she is. He thinks he knows. But if he really saw her.
Really hung out with her he would see someone different. Someone that could
make him happy. Someone that could entertain him in his many times of boredom. But
he isn’t willing to try. And nobody really understands why. And she’s breaking
down inside. And he doesn’t know. And if at a chance so rare he did…who says
he’d care? Nope. He’d probably just go on smiling and laughing with his friends
as she withers away into nothing just a short distance from him. Pity. He’s the
one who could have saved her. But because he wouldn’t try, we lost her..
