A long time ago I prayed to be wanted,
For happiness and someone to love me,
Not for a abusive one like the one before,
But for someone who truly could see.

I am not a girl to take for granted,
Not to be hurt in any way at all,
I am full of love, happiness, and hope,
But someone would see after all.
