A shout! A scream! A broken dream!
You feel it in your chest.
A pain! A tightening!
You cannot catch your breath.

A trip to the ER,
not a good idea.
Five thousand plus two thousand 
equals anxiety squared.   

You don't need a doctor.
You don't need a shrink.
You've got your wondrous chest pain
telling you what is wrong.

Ouch!  Your chest hurt!
Well good!  Stress signal was sent
It's women’s intuition, darling.
Diagnosis yourself.

Awaken!  It's clear!
The problem is you my dear
The pain! The tightening!
Mind magician make it disappear.

Perhaps you would rather invite the pain for tea
or take it on a trip to Peru.
Machu Picchu not on your itinerary,
not suitable for people with chest pain.

But wait! You want Machu Picchu?
Then chose a different course.
How about, heal thyself woman.
Use the power of your mind.

Greet your chest pain with a big “hello.”
It's only the messenger.
Embrace it tenderly.
Thank it sincerely.
