I wrote this for a close friend of mine whilst she was away at university
Gradual Kinetic Rapture

being able to survive it doesnt ever mean it was ok im not disputing this but you beat the odds.you will never feel more alive as when you felt your heart breaking but your faith in this world shines like the harmless thoughts of a new born child.

pure and unsure of the future.

however i strongly feelyour walls are not there to keep people out..

this i am sure of..

they are there for people to knock down and show they care enough to do so.

with the whisper of a distant memory at hand life can some how seem seperated. within your grasp but still seperated.even when hope has left you and you have no idea of who you are dont worry. go undisturbed into your spirit, your inner self and you will find the peace that lys within. a peace that speaks the truth that you dont want to hear, a peace that makes you realise your dreams are not so far away, a peace that doesnt answer all your questions but offers you solutions and a peace that can reclaim your sloten voice.it is this fact and this fact alone that i believe that some day you will stand tall and stand proud of your achievements and aspitations and truely accept that you are as worthy as the moon and the stars.

never ever compare yourself to those around you. self consumption may betray you and pure vainity may overcome you but do not fret. you must always remember that you are a divine member of the human race and blessed with the compassion of a stranger and the strength of a uninvited person.

always be cautious of what others say...only you and you alone can be the ruler of your own destiny and with this power comes an option. whether to follow your heart or to follow the words of those who ly close to you. this choice is one that must not be made in haste but one that must be something that you truely deeply desire.

.

be kind to the years that youth bestowe upon you.

for it is not our choice as to whether we grow old with grace or disgrace but it truley depends on those things we learnt in our more skeptical and innocent younger years.

when i was trying to erase myself and felt i had no one, when i was lost and no one knew, when i was almost happy again and no longer looking for answers you secretly kept me going strong.

you found me when no one else was looking...not even you knew you found me but you did and for this i am eternally grateful.

we found each other not by mistake nor by fate but by a matter of events that has lead us to where we are now.

past,present and future.

your heart may be broken but your belief will mend it

your mind may be fractured but your memories will direct it

your body may be tired but your pride will correct it

your soul may be lost but you can reconnect it

upto the stars
