Tarnished Knight doth morn

The Tarnished Knight bound up his wounds
To staunch his bleeding soul
The pain in waves did crease his brow
For lost was his heart's goal

A new dawn rose both dark and grim
His shadow a dark spell
His trail marked with seeping blood
As he rode into Hell

Don't follow me for I am gone
To face another foe
Have not strength to meet and match
From you another blow

My armour tied and buckled on
Is stained like brown/black coal
From others it will shelter me
But you have crushed my soul

A contest lost by both of us
Our future died that day
And now I'll wander aimlessly
Until I fade away
