An article I am looking to get published, I'd like to get your reviews before doing so.
Flying Fish

Nothing beats the taste of fresh seafood. Being a world traveler, I speak from experience.
Unfortunately others who enjoy seafood may not live on or near the water and are unable to enjoy that fresh catch flavor. Instead, they get stuff that has been flash frozen and shipped in a truck. There is nothing like taking the catch straight from the net and putting it on your plate. This is what “Flying Fish Seafood Company” is all about. The idea came to me on one of my trips. I thought how much better my meal would taste if the seafood was right off the boat.
A DREAM IS BORN
I always wanted to build a small family business, being a pilot, and looking for a way to make a living doing what I enjoyed. I created my own flying position, as well as providing a product. This would also promote the gulf coast seafood industry as well as promote the community in which I live. I would be providing jobs both directly and indirectly to support it. The aircraft in use carries approximately twelve hundred pounds of seafood. This would last a restaurant a couple of days, and start a delivery schedule of every other day.
Shrimp would be our leading product. We also have access to live crawfish, blue crabs, fish and oysters by the sack.
WHO WILL BUY MY……………….
Now that I have this product, where can I sell it? More importantly who will buy it? If this business is to take flight I need a steady flow of demand for what I offer. A large city or two would be ideal; they have populations that could bring that kind of demand. But which ones? Atlanta came to mind immediately. They have a large culturally diverse population, which could mean an even larger customer potential. Another plus is it can be reached in as little as two and a half hours by air vs. eight or more by truck.
Imagine dining on shrimp, fish or crab so fresh that just a few hours ago they were swimming. Now it’s on your plate ready for melted garlic butter or fresh squeezed lime juice. An order of fresh shrimp scampi or shrimp and capers in a white sauce over fettuccini noodles, crab meat stuffing in broiled flounder are waiting to be eaten. The possibilities are endless.
