Witchcraft
      In the history of this great democracy never has there been such
      an upswelling of the electorate. A faery has been elected President
      of the United States. Winkin began her grass roots campaign as
      a write in canidate;

                        "A vote for a Faery
                        is a vote for rainbowed
                        colored clouds
                        and good drink and meal!"

    There was a question of Winkin's citizenship, which she quickly
    dismissed;

                        "I knew Amerigo Vespucci.
                        I told him about this land
                        of plenty. We shared a plate
                        of lasagne!"

    When asked about her age she laughed, "Start at zero and end there too."
    Faeries are immortal and do not bother to count their years. Her foreign
    policy is bazzaar;

                        "There is an inconceivable
                        enchantment around a man's
                        head. I will play my flute
                        for pink bathed moonlite
                        and fill the dreams of men
                        with joy."

    Barbera West, a reporter for a Florida network, ask if this was Witchcraft.
    Winkin smiled from pointed ear to ear;

                        "What hex is there in grey
                        nichelled eyes in the moonlite?
                        What enchantment comes from
                        the colors of fall leaves?
                        How yougn and shy are the old
                        beckoning spells of love
                        and tears?"

  Barbera broke down in tears. Winkin flew from the poduim and kissed her
  on both cheeks;

                      "All are equal
                        in their dreams.
                        Come out of sleep
                        and believe in love."

  Winkin first policy was to order that every citizen have bread and wine and
  the meat of their choice;

                        "We shall break bread
                          together and feast
                          on the bounty of our
                          land!"

  Winkin, although the smallest President, has become the most popular
  leader of our times.
