I LOVE RG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an artistic sport, similar to artistic gymnastics, diving, figure skating, synchronized swimming, and acrobatics.
Rhythmic involves two kinds of techniques: body movement and apparatus handling. These apparatus include the hoop, the ball, the clubs, the ribbon, and the rope.

Rhythmic differs from other sports because it is especially designed for females. It is more oriented toward developing grace, smoothness, and connection with musical accompaniment than other artistic sports.

The Summer Olympic debut of rhythmic gymnastics occurred in 1984 at the XXIII Olympic Games in Los Angeles, CA. The individual all-around competition included the hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon.

Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Romania, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, and the United States are among the countries that compete internationally.

Judges evaluate every element according to the following characteristics:
- Degree of difficulty,
- Originality
- Mastery, and
- Virtuosity of performance.

Degree of difficulty refers to the objective and subjective demands on the technical, physical, and psychological capabilities of a gymnast.
Technical objective difficulty includes the difficulty it presents in coordinating the movements to form an element; the tempo at which the gymnast performs the movements; and the combination of the movements to create a certain shape.

The technical subjective difficulty of an element is determined by how much the element uses all the gymnasts’ physical and psychological abilities, including coordination, flexibility, power, speed, strength, and endurance.

Psychological difficulty is determined by psychological intensity, which varies among individuals. This intensity influences a gymnast’s performance.

Mastery refers to performing an element perfectly with exceptional ease and amplitude. According to the Code of Points, true virtuosity gives the impression that the performer does everything with ease, lightness, and pleasure.

Handling, or manipulation, is the coordination of the apparatus movement. It can involve the arms and other parts of the body, for example the leg, trunk, head, or neck. In conclusion, I love this sport and I dont even do it!
