this started out as a school assignment and ended up getting me into writing poetry.
I wish upon a star
Up above so far
In the night,
You are my light,
As I leave in this car.

I have no plave to run,
I'll drive till I see the sun,
All alone,
Life like a stone,
I feel the road beneath, with no one.

Tasting my tears, I always knew
That I would always be far from you
No where, somewhere,
Someone will not stair,
As I smile so few.

I don't know where to go,
Feeling really low,
Wanting to call,
As I fall,
But knowing i need to grow.

I still hear you screaming,
While I'm leaving;
Hiding like the sun behing a cloud
Lost in my mind, trying not to be loud,
Smelling fresh air whistling.

Breezing through the air,
Being everything but fair.
