On Swimming, or Simply Nature

Swimming and nature are, to me, inextricably linked. I've known both most of my life, and the former keeps me connected with the latter--and always will, I hope--even in my busy adult life.

I've heard, and read, that people write what they are close to, passionate about, and/or have a lot of questions about. I think all three things apply to why I write about swimming and nature. And all three, swimming, nature, and writing, sometimes simply serve to keep me going.
