A quick, two paragraph story about a person who is madly in love with someone in class.
Hurrying from third period, I run past my locker, deciding to make a visit to it after fourth period instead.  I have everything I need for fourth anyway, it’s a joke of a class.  My hand twists the handle and whips open the door with so much force that I don’t hold it open as I enter.  I’m clearly inside before it falls shut behind me.  My seat is unfortunately in the middle; how I wish I was in the back.  A back seat would offer a much better view.  I settle down, place my feet comfortably on the basket of the chair in front of me, and draw paper from my backpack.  I try to do bellwork.  As my hand flutters anxiously with my pen, my ears listen for an opening door.  When they notice one, they immediately alert my eyes, who both dart up to stare at the door.  There are many false alarms (if I was an exaggerator I would say a million).  Finally the image my eyes send to my mind confirms it: you are here.
I watch you walk.  I can manage to think just enough to realize how everything else, but you, has completely dropped out of focus.  I would be unaware of any bombs in the background as you head, step by beautiful step, towards your seat.  Time goes ever so slow as I observe your face.  My gaze dances between all your features.  Someone in the hallway made a joke; I can see remnants of a smile still in your lips and your cheeks.  I am delighted when you glance back towards the board, because it makes your beautiful hair twist perfectly in the air.  And somehow it all returns neatly back into place when you finish the motion.  Your eyes, oh, their brilliant sparkling lights up my whole soul and I feel everything in the room, the world, and the universe, point only to you.  The universe is pointing to perfection.  My universe is pointing to perfect.  My entire existence, is pointing,
         To you.
