At times like these with deficits high
suggestions start to multiply
of where to go to get more cash
before our country starts to crash.

To legalize a thing or two
would bring in untold revenue.
By taxing what’s done anyway
we’d free ourselves, kiss debt away.

The cash that prostitution reaps
is tax-free!  Most just goes to creeps!
In cities and in towns they live;
the prostitute who 'loves to give'...

They’ve been around for umpteen years.
That tax-free dollar disappears
into the world of violent crime.
The I.R.S. sees not a dime.

Society looks down on whores.
But think! To have a chain of stores
soliciting a legal lay?
Our bills we’d pay on “layaway”...
