The Striving of All Couples
As the couple rounded the corner of Burnaby lane and Downey Avenue, the moon trickled out its last outburst of light. The clouds had closed their arms of dark dust around the sky with an embrace of pure despair. The couple, locked in their own embrace, were off in a distant land called Love, and needed not to care about any of life's difficulties, but only the simplicity of their own disguise.

The streetlight shone its familiar orange haze, and illuminated the air around the two enthralled. And in that one single moment of pure apathy of their surroundings, the couple had become that perfect item that we all strive for.
