Keep On Walking

''I love you'' three words that mean the world to someone,
yet three words she will never hear,
She wanders through life, never staying in one point long enough to find a future,
She carries on walking, ignore the hints and signs of a future thats within her grasp,

Just keep walking she tells herself,
Just keep walking...

On and on through life she wanders,
She isnt giving any of them a chance,
Shes not letting them come close to her, shes denying what she wants,
But she still carries on saying ''Keep on walking, just keep on walking''

Yet, when she shows her feelings, to random people in places,
It all backfires and she falls back with no support,
She cries and she thinks that no one is there,
Yet everyone is there,

She just hasnt opened her eyes yet,

Sad and alone she carries on walking,
Spiraling further and further down into denial,
Thinking everyone is against her and that she has no one in this world,

She needs to open her eyes, yet she doesnt know how,
She needs to release her heart, and not be fearful,
She needs to vanquish the tears, and let the happiness shine through,

But, she cant do any of this because in her eyes, she has nothing,

So where will this lead her?
For that i do not know,
As i am the girl in this small story,
What will my future behold?
