feed back welcomed very much

Feel of your fingers touching on my skin,
Your kisses softly lying upon my lips,
The feel of you lying next to me at night.
The security, warmth, the love,
Just you around me,
Just a few things I miss.

When it is the day for you to call,
I listen for the phone jumping at everything that sounds like a ring.
Just for that chance to hear your voice,
That voice that always made everything better.
Those few minutes they always seem to pass by so fast,
Leaving me with that dark loneliness.

My body aches for your touch,
My soul longs for your loving touch,
Everywhere I go my heart aches to have you there.
Even when I wake to a new day,
Feeling across the bed,
Only to feel the coldness of the place where you should be.

I ran though my head a thousand times how could you?
How could you hold so tightly to my heart only to take it away?
Why would you betray my love so?
I know that you will be home,
I just do not understand why I should have to serve time with you.
Why my heart does keep me prisoner to your love,
A love that seems to be behind bars.
Trapped in a hell I can not seem to find the way out of,
Not really knowing that I would want to escape.

I just know my world is not complete,
You hold the pieces to my puzzle.
I just pray that one day,
You will return my heart.
