It took years to put everything back to the way it was, or as close as it is going to get anyway. Daniel has made up his mind for the eight of us to write a diary (or a journel for the men) about how we got this far. I remember that we all got together in the year 2014. I only kow that because maxwell kept a calander with him where ever he went back in those day. I remember Daniel and Linda where with each other since the begining. They were like brother and sister, now they are married, and have two kids. That just shows you how much can change over the years. That's not what I am supposed to be talking about though, and that part will come through time. So lets get to it then. I dont exactly know what kind of day it was. I don't know if it was sunny, rainy, or if it was snowing. I do know it started on december 13, 2008. The tree's were bare. I remember that my way house was the fourth on the street, that my front yard was huge and covered with leaves that I never bothred picking up from the two tree's that stood in my yard. The driveway was big enough to carry three car's but I remember that my car was the only one at the time in the driveway. My car was a blue jeep. I loved that thing. The driveway attached to a path, and the path led straight to the porch. On the porch was a bench that stood against the wall. On the other side of the porch was a plant called "the birds of paradise", back in the day me and my sister used to fight with those thing's. That was when I was twelve, but in the year 2008 I was twenty-three and a dentist. When you walked trough the front door you had the choice to go up or downstair's. I was upstairs in the living room. My tov.v was average sized. I would guess thirthy- two inches. I was watching the new's thanks to tivo. It was talking about a escaped convict in Virgina. They said his name was Robert something and a picture of him showed up on the screen. A chill went down my back just looking at him. It was a mugshot. He was facing foward. He was wearing a thing over his neck. He had a black eye, his lip was bleeding and he was missing two front theeth. He was still smiling however like this was one big joke. They said he raped and murdered thirthy kids, he raped and murdered sixty women, and beat to death twenty men. They said he killed twenty police officers before he was arrested. They also said he was armed and extremly dangourous. Like I couldn't figure the last part out by myself. I got off my couch which was shaped like a pair of lips. I went into the bathroom and turned on the shower. I took off my blue shirt, and my green skirt. I unhooked my bra and took off my undies and got in welcoming the steam. I got goosebump's as the water hit me. I washed myself off and got out wrapping the towel around me. I walked downstairs and turned left into my room. My room had my bed placed against the right hand wall. My dresser on the left hand wall right next to the door. I had a closet oppisote my bed but I never used it. The only thing in there was trash bag's filled with old clothes that I never wore anymore. I walked over to the dresser and opened the top drawer. I took out a blue bra and a pair of red undies. I then took off my towel and put them on. I then opened the second drawer and took out a blue shirt with flowers on it. I then closed the drawer and opened the third taking out a pair of blue jeans. I then put them on and put the radio on (The radio was on top of the dresser). A cd was already in. I believe the cd was Modest Mouse but I wouldn't bet anything on that. I put the cd on Dashboard, my favorate song but I couldn't tell you what number it was. I sang along with the cd. When the song was halfway through a explosion filled the sky and I heard all the glass in my house shatter. I felt a earthquake sized tremor under me. I ran upstair's. I knew what a earthquake sounded and felt like and this was no earthquake. (Chris's Diary) Seattle, Washington March 5,2024 Daniel want's the eight of us to come up with a diary to tell of the past. If it were up to me I would have us all forget the past. Don't get me wrong Daniel is a great leader, but all great leaders have their fall down pint. Saying this I would like to say that Daniel is one of my closest friend's here. Now let's get this started. I was a doctor then just like I am now. I was actually a Surgeon. They called me Dr.Chris because my last name was to hard to pronounce. I was the best the surgeon in town they say, and some people even said that I was the best Surgeon in the world. I have cut people open to replace heart's, I have even taken out my share of appendix's. I have done it all. On the day it happend which I believe was December 12, 2008, I was doing Surgery on a twelve year old girl. The story was that she was playing in the woods with her brother. They were playing tag when she tripped, hidden in the stick's and leaves was a knife, most likely left there by some camper, she fell on her wrist and it went right into a vein, the brother took her home as fast as possible. When they got to the house the dad ripped it out. She then bled like crazy, the dad couldn't get it to stop. Ten minutes later they were here and I was stiching up the little girl's arm. I was halfway done now with the procedure. I stiched up the skin and I was done. I told the nurse to put her in room 101. When she left, I checked the clock. It was only 10:00 in the morning, which meant that the news were still on. I went to the break room to wait for someone to call for me. I turned on the t.v. and sat down in the leather chair sitting in the corner of the room. A black man was on t.v. He had black hair which were in dreadlocks. He was skinny and had on a blacksuit. He held a microphone with channel 12 on it. He was standing in front of a prison complex. A few cops were walking around. That is when I noticed the black man was nervous like someone was going to stab him at any minute. "This just in. Robert Beuford has just escaped from the Virgina state Penetry, we have word that he murdered and raped thirthy children, sixty women, and beat to death twenty men. It took six years and twenty officers to catch this man. He escaped today at 4:00 this morning. If anywhere in or ouside virgina be extremly careful this man is armed and extremly dangourous. Next the weather." The was replace by a blonde haired women. I turned off the t.v. not really caring about the weather (The weather was always wrong), Jimmy walked in then. He was bald, short, white guy. He wore a blue tuxedo which he hoped covered his fatness. Jimmy owned the hospital. When he walked in the room his hands were open wide like he was going to give me a hug. "How is my top surgeon this morning?" He asked this as he embraced me. "Good I guess. I just can't wait to get out of here though." I said this in a sad tone that made Jimmy's face drop. "Why is that Chris?" We pay you good money. Hell, we even give you extra things that other staff member's don't get." He let go of me and backed up a couple of steps. "My girlfriend is pregnant Jimmy, I want to be there for her, is that really so bad?" I said this in a guilty tone and Jimmy sat down next to me. I'm sorry Chris, I really am but I can't let you leave your the best surgeon we have," I got up throwing my hand's in the air getting impatience as he finished his speech, "If somebody has a major problem your the only one who I can trust to do anything about it." I snapped then. "Im only Twenty-Two. I wasn't even a surgeon yet. I was still in training when it happend. Plus, you have surgeons who have actually been surgeons for twenty years or more. All I did was one thing and I am branded for life. How is that fair Jimmy!?" I was yelling now. "Calm down Chris, plus you didn't just do an average surgery you had to pull out a crowbar out of a man's neck before he bled to death and you had to do it in as little in twenty minutes. That is amazing in my book or anyone's book for that matter, and you deserved to be called a surgeon after that." He said this in a calm voice. "Yeah, but he still died didn't he. So why am I so famous?" I said this walked back to the leather chair and sat down. "Because Chris, he didn't die from blood loos he died of lung cancer he had. If hed didn't smoke he would have lived and it was all because of you." He walked over to me as he talked and as he said "you," he put his hand on my shoulder. "Yeah, I guess." I said this a sad tone. I wanted to be at home and not at work but it seemed all to clearly that Jimmy wasn't going to let me go home. Jimmy grabbed the remote and turned on the t.v. to channel 10. "Cheer up Chris it will all be okay." Jimmy said this and for a brief minute I belived him. He walked over to the coach in the center of the room and sat down. The coach was shitty looking thing. It was old, most likely older then me. It was tan brown, and had flowers on it. It was uncomfortable to sit on because all the flowers was made out string of all diffrent color but they were all coming apart so the string would make you itchy at places. That is why I sit on the brand new leather chair. "What's On?" I asked this but my question was answered when on the t.v. was a picture of a ramshackle house. It looked like a hillbilly house or something. A women was in front of the house, black hair that went down to her shoulder, beutiful blue eyes, and a smile that sparkled. She wore a blue top, with a red skirt, and green high heel shows. She held a microphone, it was like the other guys but this one said channel 10. She held it to her lips. "We are here at the infamous Robert Beuford's house. We are going to do a live showing of his house. With us are officers Kaylie, and her father Mike," the camara focused on two police officers, one a girl the age of twenty- five to twenty- seven. Next to her was man around fifty-six, "Now what do you think we will find in this house?" The man stepped foward into the camara's view. "I really don't know, so to anyone with a weak heart should turn this program off NOW!" He emphasized the now. They thien entered the house. What they found was so unbearble I not even going to write it down. After the cops were done though a explosion filled the sky and all the windows broke. I jumped over the coach and slid underneath the table, when I looked up I saw Jimmy laying down. A peice of glass went right througt his neck. |
