Unloved&Unnoticed

Within these past few months, I have made a realization about the teenage years: when you are single or lonely, you seem to see EVERY couple around you. Even if you dont LIKE the person, you seem to be jealous of your best friend going out with him. You see how happy they are and how flirty they are, and you just wish you could find a guy who made you have the same sparkle in your eyes.

I currently REALLY like this guy. I actually have gone to the point of obsession. On Myspace, i find reasons to message him. I count down the days every week until I get to see him [i see him once a week at youth group and occasionally at school a little]. I have the date from when i started liking him, and April 4th was officially the 7th month anneversary for that. I just wish he liked me, and we always stare at one another in youth group. Its amazing.

Every single day, I sit there beginning to type that message to him on myspace expressing my feeling for him, hoping he would magically feel the same way and we would go out. But im always too afraid to press send.

I just have one piece of advice to you all: don't be like me. Just be tre to your heart. Don't be afraid of rejection. Life will happen like that. Life goes on. Just get the courage to do it. Just do it. PRESS the send button on your life. Just be honest. You NEVER know until you try.
