FIFTH PERIOD: ART

"The thing that I love about art the most is it's definition, " Ms. Kemply starts. "That is, that is doesn't have one!" The twenty-five year old woman speaks with earnest enthusiasm. No one knew her real color; it was constantly colored with dried flacks of pastels and paints. It never seemed to bother her, though. She felt her life was a living piece of art and that by wearing the tools of her creation, she was further one with the canvas of life.
