The Rabbits Stole All That Was Pretend

There were rabbits in the street
And the people were screaming
'Have you seen my Kitchen?
I've lost my Kitchen!'
And the Rabbits jumped to the sky
And laughed at the people
'Your Kitchens are ours now!'
And the women fretted
And the men got angry
But we just lit another joint
And flew higher than the Rabbits
'We don't need our kitchens!'
We told them
'kitchens are pretend!'

And then the lights flashed
And the Electricity was gone
The women cried
And the men stomped their feet
'You have no more Electricity!'
The Rabbits sneered
'It's ours now!'
But we took another hit
And flew higher still
'We don't need electricity!'
We sang
'electricity is pretend!'

And then there were screams
And all the Clothes were gone
The Rabbits jeered
'Now you have no Clothes!
They're ours now!'
And the women hid
And the men were embarassed
But we were so high we could hardly see them
'We don't need clothes!
We laughed
'clothes are pretend!'
