A sad story and a little girl in a dark corner. Its rated ASR because of a bit of blood.
A couple are bickering at each other.  They look so angry, but in truth their hearts are crying tears of sorrow.  They are truly sad inside, even though their faces won’t show it.  They are not the only sad ones though.  In a dark corner, a tiny girl sits in her night gown waiting for either her mother or father to come tuck her in and read her a comforting story to help her get to her dreams.
The girl is listening closely to her parents arguing. Her silent tears are pouring out of her eyes.  She hears a slam of the front door and a couple of curse words for her dad.  She runs into the main room and sees him with his face in his hands, sobbing loudly.  The man that she thought to be superman was crying right in front of her.
“Daddy?” the girl said in a soft voice, but the man didn’t even raise his head.  So she walks slowly to her dark corner and begins to cry again.
Many years later she in the dark corner again.  Over the years, she went to that corner every time her parents would bicker, which was often.
She sat there with her face in her knees, while morbid thoughts ran through her head.  She wasn’t crying anymore.  There were no more tears left.
The next morning, they found her dead in the dark corner.  She had slit her wrists and throat and had written, “The loneliness was the only one there for me,” in her own blood.
