Break-ups are very difficult.
Broken at the hip.
Once we walked in time to the same beat.
Kissed on the lip.
The comforter still holds your heat.


The sadness bubbles on the inside.
Sweetness caught me in its net.
Now I stay and hide.
Hope is not a safe bet.
