I have a message I need heard
I want people to listen to my every word
Gather what I have to say
Take it in, absorb in their every way

I want to scream to the nation
That life and love has no seperation
We bond it with beauty and joy
Speech was givin as our toy
Take it deeply with no abuse
Finally put it to some use

Let the inspiration out of the cage
Fill a book with every page
Why waste a powerful gift
Appreciate every soul you lift

There's power in the bounce of rhyme
Let it run through space and time
Hold it close and don't let go
Tell others what you know
