Examination Blues

I still have nine hours to go,
Wish time would stop or go real slow,
Thats the pile I have to read,
Before even considering sleep.

I bang my head and wish again,
That I had picked up the pen,
A few hours or days before,
Exam times come knocking at the door!

Silent night, I wake alone,
Flipping through notes on loan,
Brother, sister, sleep so sweet,
Pleasant dreams are all they greet.

But NO! Not me!!
Sweet sleep is not for me,
For I have fooled and lazed around,
When there were books to be read and found.
