Sheila's Friend

“Just relax, have fun,” I tell the mirror.

The doorbell rings. He's a little bald, but I'll give him a chance.

I sip my wine. He tells long stories about himself. I make a mental note not to trust Sheila's matchmaking judgment again.

My lips smile, but my eyes say, “I'm missing Survivor for this?”
