Night

The final period of light,
before night takes over.
A time that doesn't last long,
But is tresured through the night.

This is the time our eyes droop,
Our minds race throughout our dreams.
The Sun leaves it's final impression until dawn.
And gives way to the time Children fear:NIGHT

At one point we all fear night.
Thats because night brings out our fears
when our eyes can't prov it's an illusion.
That is why we fear the night.

Eventually though, our fear passes as we mature.
We begin to fear other things,
real things.
Things worth fearing.
and thats when dawn comes for us.
