"Something Different" in Politics

For years I have heard the mumble of wanting "something different."

Every 4 years, another, "wish their was 'someone else'."

But never have I heard the American people, at least not in my short 34 years, stand up and demand something different.

It is almost as if we have lost belief that we have the right to stand up for ourselves. No one wants to stand alone, and say... "Enough is Enough!!!"

Our political system has compounded years of bad decisions on top of each other. We must realize that small changes are no longer an option. It would be rearranging deck chairs on a sinking ship at this point.

The United States of America is not viewed as a shining star by the world any longer, but with utter contempt. A contempt which is growing every day.

A world leader stepped down a few weeks ago. American's everywhere yawned in unison.

Hugo Chavez is making waves, and people who actually listen to his message find real arguments.

Around the world, the sentiment of anti-America grows.

Things in our system MUST change. And you have ALWAYS been right... we DO need someone different.

For a change... "someone different" has a chance to be on one of the Big Two party tickets. By working inside the system, rather than opposing the stream, Ron Paul has positioned himself to gain a Republican Party Nomination.

To date, the mainstream media has discounted and ignored Ron Paul's candidacy. They have stifled him at the debates, and discredited his online polls, showing his winning the debate by a WIDE margin.

This censorship has led many, like myself, to find alternative ways to bring Ron Paul to public attention. He is gaining one of the largest grassroots networks ever created in politics.

All I ask is that before you review this item, please view at least one video of Ron Paul on YouTube. I prefer the interview between he and Bill Maher, but just about any message you see will give you what I want... exposure to his candidacy.

Listen to his ideas, make your own decision. I think you will be surprised, and might even feel compelled to tell your neighbor that "something different" has arrived.
