That's what I've been doing......
Tonight I realized something new
A bittersweet and saddened truth
That I've just been chasing shadows
When I should be chasing You

I had to sit and wonder why
I could not see though I had sight
There was no love for me in there
My feelings hurt in bitter plight

Yet somehow I am not deceived
And in this knowledge I am relieved
For if I'm only chasing shadows
Then Who is chasing me?
