BE GUIDED BY YOUR HEART
The heart knows no bounds,
But those a fearful mind may set upon it.
It knows not the weary passing of time,
Nor the barrier of endless distant space.
It knows not the restraint of social expectation,
Nor the careful caution judgement brings.
The heart knows no hesitation, no cowardice, no surrender, no resistance.
It can be bruised but never broken.
It can be captured, but never lost.
It may ache, but it shall never die.
The heart is not one's enemy, but the mind by which it is guarded, controlled, buried.
A mind, however, cannot live forever.
