I’m in such an odd place
neither coming nor going
leaving nor staying
simply waiting, as if I knew

That when I took road one
it would lead me to road two
whose path will spill slow
without require to pursue

Unease does not own me
an acknowledgement of fate
stars linger as I
have waited for your embrace

When the story passes
it will read as if by grace
