"I actually hate to argue, but my first reaction when someone contradicts me is to call them stupid; obviously, courtesy dictates that I should choose argument instead."

These are my more focused and themed blogs; usually I'm tackling one issue and emptying my mind of all my thoughts on the subject. I think of these articles as my favorite and best work, and it's in my arguments and observations that I put most of my passion for writing. I like myself best when I'm thoughtful and articulate, and though I write essays I'm never looking for agreement or argument.
