Relationships change and not always the way you think they will!
You were my muse for a while
You made my heart laugh
You made my soul smile
Now I worry and frown
Stuck in this turbulent sea
Waves of confusion crash over me
I'm tired of holding your hand
While I struggle to understand
Why do you affect me like this
Now I just feel depressed
Your cruel words push me away
Now you have taken my breath away
I feel my head start to spin
As you slowly touch my skin
You made me laugh while I cried
Now I just wait and sigh
I keep asking myself why?
