Reassurance to the one who's feeling insecure....
There's this rule,
Quite trite and absurd
But don't ridicule,
Or I'll feed you to a mule.

You hush now, and listen
My heart's a-throbbin'
So stop your weeping
Before I give you a good whippin'.

Don't you lament, my love
I swear this rule, I'll abide.
I admit, 'twas once proffered before,
But to you, now again, I'm pleading for.

The rule is to love with all my heart once more,
To make you happy once and for all.
Darling, you have me now and forevermore,
So what else can you ask for?
