Like a summer rain
Pieces of flesh drip
Broken glass and asphalt
Line the highest walls
Sheilding a broken heart
Her jewels hidden
In the bakers den
Ignite all that surrounds
This urn of flesh
Filled with the soul of a bird
Longing to fly
The alabaster forehead of a god
In dreams
Makes her cry
The blood of rainbows
And colors the eyes
Of all who watch
