Poetry about a town that has been forced into slavery by the super powers.
The misfortune of our little town
Could pull tears from the furthest clouds
And see to have the whole world drowned
In salty waves of sympathy

No species crueller than our own
The powers crush our sense of worth
Their eyes of bareness, hearts of stone
Our lives empty like hollow caves

The wretchedness consumes us all
Through greed and hunger cruelty reigns
Hopelessly we come to them on call
We are under their control

Like slaves we work – Oh, but we are  slaves!
We are not paid, we are not praised
We will walk ourselves into our graves
And die on order, weak, unchanged

Great in numbers, but courage minute
Home is where the Hell is
We’ll never raise or end dispute
We’ll never live again…

You whip our souls to keep us dead
You stomp us further into ground
You’ll never let us get ahead
You’ll rule this place forever
