Something I did for uni, from a memory i can't get rid of.

“It won’t hurt,
no need to be scared,”
he’d whispered
with that secret smile.
His cold lips
burnt -
branded kisses
into my skin.

Sharp –




“Don’t worry, Sweetheart,
it won’t be long.” He soothed me,
and held my trembling hands.
