The Picture of us

I look at our picture;
Both of us smiling full.
I in black and you in you're angel dress;
You're so beautiful.

You're hair done for me;
Corsages on you're wrist.
You have my hand, pulling me closer;
That moment I missed

You're lips so perfect and
so shiny from lip-gloss.
Like tiny little stars in space:
Shooting across.

And you're skin;
So soft and touching me.
I had that deep feeling in my heart
and I was so happy.

You're my baby girl and
my poison rose.
I knew I would hurt, but

That night was amazing.
Something, I thought would never come true
